I am introducing you to the GIRP format to enhance your ability to see how the goals you set in your life have a direct correlation with the interventions (strategies) you try. Hence, the interventions lead to a Response (your behavior and/or emotional response) which tells your brain to put a “Plan of Action” together or do nothing and remain the same.


CHALLENGE: Apply the GIRP format to everything you do. Learn how to assess yourself before you allow someone to do so!
